Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pipe Canvas at pipecanvas.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Pipe Canvas.

What Pipe Canvas Provides

Pipe Canvas is a visual CI/CD pipeline builder. We provide tools to build, visualize, and export pipeline workflows. Pipe Canvas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. You must notify us immediately at arju@pipecanvas.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of automated abuse, scraping, or spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and Pro Plans

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all workflows and content you create on Pipe Canvas. By saving content on Pipe Canvas, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Public workflows are accessible to anyone with the shareable link. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you make public does not contain sensitive information such as secrets, API keys, or passwords.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pipe Canvas to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service to send spam or engage in any abusive activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Pipe Canvas
• Resell or sublicense access to Pipe Canvas without our written permission

Intellectual Property

Pipe Canvas, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Pipe Canvas without our permission.

The Pipe Canvas name, logo, and brand are our property. You may not use them without written permission.

Availability and Uptime

We aim to keep Pipe Canvas available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pipe Canvas and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Pipe Canvas shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pipe Canvas is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pipe Canvas after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
